I’ve been exactly where you are.
Before I was a specialist, I was a client. My own journey into electrolysis began because I struggled with facial hair myself. I received laser treatments in my teen years that left me with Paradoxical Hypertrichosis on my chin, to say i was devastated is an understatement. I know the vulnerability of looking in the mirror and seeing a problem that you wish wasn't there. I know the "booking anxiety" and the search for a permanent solution that actually works.
That personal experience is the heartbeat of SinTi Hair Inc. As a Latina business owner, my roots are here, and my heart is in this community. I founded this studio because I realized that for too long, high-end, permanent transformations felt like something 'out of reach' for us; something reserved for other neighborhoods.
I wanted to change that narrative.
Opening my studio on the South Side of Chicago was imperative to me because I believe our people deserve the absolute gold standard of care without having to leave their own backyard. I wanted to bring a service that many in my community didn’t even know was an option for them, and deliver it in a space that feels less like a sterile clinic and more like a high-end retreat.
This isn't just about hair removal; it's about providing the luxury, privacy, and expert results we’ve always deserved but haven't always had access to. Every session here is a private, one-on-one journey where you are seen, respected, and cared for. We are reclaiming our confidence, right here at home.
