Why Electrolysis?
Electrolysis uses a very fine, sterile probe placed in the hair follicle, delivering a small amount of energy that stops that follicle from producing hair. Each hair is treated one at a time, which is why electrolysis is the only method the FDA recognizes as permanent hair removal.
What to Expect:
Consultation: We review your goals, hair growth, health history, and medications, and I'll give you an honest estimate of the time involved. Read below to be prepared for you consultation.
Treatment: Sessions are 15, 30, 60+ minutes. You may feel a warm, quick sensation; comfort varies by person and area, and I'll adjust to keep you comfortable.
After: Mild redness or small bumps are common and usually settle within 24 hours or less, depending on treatment time.
Series of visits: Hair grows in cycles, so follicles need to be treated at different stages. Most clients come in weekly/biweekly at first, then less often as hair slows and/or thins.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on hair thickness, density, the area, hormones, medications, and any past hair removal. I'll give you a realistic estimate at your consultation and update it as we see how your hair responds.

We’re excited to help you begin your journey! All new clients must book a free 30-minute consultation. We highly recommend booking a consultation WITH a sample treatment at a discounted rate to help us customize your care and ensure your comfort.
Preparing for Your Consultation
- If booking the sample treatment with the consultation, avoid shaving/waxing/tweezing for at least 2-4 days; let hair grow at least 1/8 inch.
- Start hydrating 24 - 48 hours in advance.
- Exfoliate the treatment area the day before or morning of.
- Moisturize your skin before your appointment.
- Arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and complete your medical intake form.
